"I’m an early years educator and business owner with 34 years of industry experience. I qualified in 1991 with an NNEB, the gold standard in childcare and the highest internationally recognised qualification in early years.
Whether your setting is a start up, second setting or needs help we can assist with preparing for Ofsted, improving your learning environment, developing your staff, or strengthening family engagement, we offer personalised support rooted in real-world experience.
My personal mission is to help parents and caregivers shift their expectations—meeting children where they are developmentally, rather than where we assume they should be. When we approach early childhood with realistic expectations and a deeper understanding of what children need at each stage, life becomes easier for everyone."
